Below are a few projects completed recently by Trubia Construction.

Norwell Custom Home


This custom home built in 2004 boasts over 4000 sq.ft. with a stone façade, cedar shingles, top of the line windows and custom porches and decks. Interior details include a custom kitchen, large two story entry way, vaulted ceilings, crown mouldings, hardwood floors throughout and custom door and window mouldings. This home also Includes a library, four and a half baths, master suite with balconies inside and out, open 2 story family room and finished basement.

Spring St. Remodel


This home was a complete gut inside and out to the studs. Features new Marvin windows to match original windows circa 1890 new roof and red cedar shingles. We also added new decks and railings and PVC trim throughout the exterior in the historic district of Hull, MA.

Beechwood St. Home


New home built from the ground up in 1998 features hardwood floors throughout, custom kitchen, eight sided turret and 3200 sq.ft. on a pond in Cohasset MA.

Highland Ave Exterior Remodel


This exterior remodel included a small 4' x 16' addition new roof and partially new shingling and clapboard with new red cedar trim an d new decks and red cedar railings. On the water in historic hull village. This home had 3 layers of siding on it when we started this renovation, white aluminum, cedar shakes and then the original siding under it all. Most of the siding we restored stripping over 100 years of paint, filling holes and freshening it up with a new paint job. This home was painted as original home would have been in the 1870's.

Spring St. Deck


This deck includes new posts which we hand turned in our woodshop to match existing posts circa 1840’s. This renovation was in the heart of the historical village.

Weymouth Addition


This master bedroom and 4 car garage two floor addition was built in Weymouth on the fore river complete with new roof cedar impression vinyl siding, new mahogany deck and custom pier.

Allerton Remodel


This custom bookcase was made completely out of our woodshop to match existing woodwork in this circa 1870's home on Hull's Allerton hill. Complete with pine cabinets and a mahogany counter.

This hutch located in the new third floor bathroom was built to match existing woodwork in the home. Complete with solid pine wainscoting a custom chairail and a dark mahogany finish

Nantasket Ave Home


This circa 1870's home was another complete gut on the ocean in Hulls historic village. Some features are new two story tower addition, new PVC trim all new Anderson windows, new red cedar shingles and new roof. This home was raised roughly 4' to bring it out of the flood plain and a new foundation built beneath. New hardwood floors installed throughout, and home was remodeled to include a wide open floorplan throughout the entire first floor

Hull Bay Home


This Garage/master bedroom addition was built to match existing ranch style home in hull with red cedar shinles and new roof on addition. Complete with a custom sunburst and stone veneer façade
